SOLD to a First-Time Home Buyer, With an Engagement!

Welcome home to this lovely first-time home in Belville! This is one of my favorite first-time home buyers story. I was lucky to represent the buyer and the seller, and helped this wonderful first-time home buyer secure this home during a very strong seller’s market.

This buyer wanted to propose to his girlfriend at closing, and called me in advance to ask for my help in surprising her! At our final walkthrough on the closing day, I brought my camera to capture the moment, and another agent on my team who is also a beautiful photographer and videographer. Together, we were able to capture the moment and create a video and photos to give to our clients.
