As far back as I can remember, I wanted to live at the beach. It has been the one constant goal I have had my whole life, and after growing up in DC and Baltimore and living in several different places, I made my dream come true and I have lived in coastal North Carolina since 2010. I cannot imagine a life where I can’t wake up and go run on the beach in the morning, spend my weekends on the beach, paddle the intracoastal waters, and watch the sun rise and set over the water. 

I became a realtor so that I can help other people do what I have done, and achieve their dreams of living by the ocean, part-time or year-round. Who am I best equipped to help? Professionals working remotely or starting a new job or moving their business, relocating to the Wrightsville Beach area. People who want to own a second home here and perhaps rent it part of the time. People who are downsizing or retiring and want to spend their time on the coast.

How can I help and why would you choose to work with me over all of your other options? I have a unique set of professional and personal experiences that qualify me to be your professional real estate advisor. In addition to working in real estate in both sales and finance, I have been a CPA in public accounting, been self-employed in three different industries, and worked in investment and commercial banking. I am a current homeowner and have purchased 10 homes. I have downsized, upsized, moved to the beach, invested in property, had Airbnbs, and been a home owner in various different real estate markets. 

When you engage with me in my efforts to build a relationship of trust with you, I will be an advisor for you in all things concerning real estate, and can communicate with all of your advisors, legal, financial, etc, because I can speak their language, arrange all of the variables you are considering, and translate it to you so that you can make a decision that moves you closer to achieving your goals, whether you need help understanding it all or simply do not have the time to manage the process.

Our relationship starts with the purchase of your home, and continues throughout the rest of your time here, through remodels, refinancing, upsizing, downsizing, and all that comes with it.
